The Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program (CPSP)
The Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program (CPSP) provides support for individuals with moderate to severe mental health challenges. Our team of dedicated recovery workers provides community outreach, therapeutic, and practical support to help participants achieve their recovery goals. CPSP is delivered through four service streams: New Path, Continuity of Support, Access Enabling, and Group Support.
Group Support
CPSP offers a range of group-based social and skill-building activities. Groups are available to all CPSP participants, including ‘groups only support’, for participants who do not require an individual recovery worker or outreach. Group support is available as a step-down from more intensive support to complement other professional support or as light-touch support to maintain well-being and social connectedness. Our regular groups, based in Phillip, Woden, include yoga, walking, craft, social dinner, and drop-in.
Group support is available to community members aged 18 to 64 who have at least one professional support outside WCS. You can find our Group Support Timetable for 2025 here.

- be aged between 18 to 64 years of age
