We are seeking for a motivated Accountant – Accounts Receivable who will be responsible for maintaining organisational debtors within limits of the organisation’s policy and ensuring the protection of the organisation’s investments, minimising losses, and improving recoveries.

Our Offer:
- Fixed Term Full Time appointment (until 31/03/2026).
- Salary of SCS 4 $87,106.90 – $93,718.77 p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Salary packaging option up to $15,899 per Fringe Benefits Tax year, with an additional Meals and Entertainment package available up to $2,650 per Fringe Benefits Tax year.
- National EAP Service.
- 15 days paid personal leave per annum (pro rata) for full & part-time employees.
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Accounting or a Finance related qualification.
- Sound understanding accounts receivable processes.
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement & relationship management skills.
- Commitment to providing consistent, high levels of customer service.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, e.g., Word and Excel.
- An understanding of the workings of government-funded programs.
- Demonstrated sound experience with finance systems (e.g., XERO) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g. Childcare Management System/CCMS, Lumary).
- Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.
- Ability to ensure data integrity through demonstrated attention to detail and quality data input.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
