As part of our Social Enterprise team, you’ll play a key role in a meaningful initiative that provides hands-on training and nationally recognised competencies to young individuals facing employment barriers. Our team delivers professional services across canteens, catering, and home maintenance while fostering skill development in a supportive workplace.
What We Offer
- Flexible options: Permanent part-time (PPT) and casual positions are available.
- Competitive Pay:
- PPT: $53,036.54 p.a. (pro-rata) + 11.5% superannuation.
- Casual: $33.44 per hour (including 25% loading) + 11.5% superannuation.
- Salary packaging options (up to $15,899 annually) plus meal and entertainment benefits.
- Access to National EAP Services (Employee Assistance Program) for personal and professional support.
- Permanent staff benefits:
- 12 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months of service).
- 15 days paid personal leave per year (pro-rata for part-time).
