Service User Engagement
At Woden Community Service (WCS), we believe the best way to create meaningful and impactful services is by partnering with those who use them. Our Service User Engagement (SUE) approach puts individuals and their support persons at the heart of decision-making, ensuring their voices shape our services’ design, delivery, and improvement. Together, we’re building a more connected community where everyone belongs.
Our Commitment
We are committed to meaningful engagement with our service users and their support persons. We believe in valuing their voices to shape our services’ design, delivery, and improvement. This commitment reflects our recognition of everyone’s right to participate in decisions that impact their lives, fostering safe, inclusive, and informed opportunities for collaboration. This dedication is embedded in our WCS Strategic Plan 2021 – 2025, Corporate Governance Statement, and Diversity Statement, which guide us toward creating a community where everyone feels valued and heard.
