Our approach

Our NDIS program has been designed to support participants to reach their NDIS goals. We work with people who have a permanent and significant disabilities of all ages and focus on building independence, building skills and recovery.

Participants must have an NDIS plan with the appropriate funding allocated to suit the WCS service offerings and choose WCS to work with them.

Our NDIS workers are guided by a person-centred approach to practice. All aspects of the program focus on the participant being at the centre of all decisions and support. The person-centred approach focuses on prevention, early intervention and linkages to other services, supporting independence and well-being. The emphasis is on the participant and what they can do, not their disability.

Support Coordination

Our support coordinators are experts in navigating the NDIS for the participant. They focus on achieving the participant’s goal and tailoring support to their needs and unique circumstances.
