Am I eligible for WCS Aged Care support?
To receive aged care services through Woden Community Service you need to have been assessed and approved for CHSP through My Aged Care or by the Department of Veteran's Affairs for VHC services.
If you have been approved for the Support at Home Program you can access these services through Northside Community Service.
You can also access our aged care services through a private fee for service arrangement.
How do I access WCS Aged Care Support?
You will need to contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and get an over-the-phone assessment. Please nominate Woden Community Service as your preferred service provider.
Our aged care services are funded by the Department of Health under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
