Registration, legal obligations and policies
All WCS services are registered with the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and work within the National Quality Framework and the Principles outlined Belonging, Being & Becoming - The Early Years Learning Framework and My Time Our Place.

WCS is approved to administer Child Care Subsidy payments.
WCS has established Corporate Policies and specific Children's Services Policies to guide our operations and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
We are a child-safe organisation and we are committed to the safety, care and wellbeing of all children who access our services. We will respond immediately when any issues arise and meet all reporting requirements.
