Room hiring requirements and process
To confirm the booking, The Hirer must provide Woden Community Service with:
a copy of current ID (Driver’s licence)
a copy of current public liability insurance
Upon booking confirmation, Woden Community Service will email an invoice to The Hirer aligned with the fee structure below.
Total venue hire fees must be paid seven (7) days in advance of any booking. If full payment is not received within the specified timeframe, Woden Community Service may cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges.
