School Holiday Weekly Programs Summer 2024/2025: 

Please note that the holiday program offered at Lyons Early Learning Centre is for children currently enrolled and attending Lyons Early Childhood School. Please contact Lyons@wcs.org.au for more information on the program.

How to book

Current Families

  1. Log In: Using My Family Lounge App or using the Log In box below
  2. Request a Booking: Use the ‘Casual Booking Calendar’ to make your bookings

If you have already received your registration details, please log in with your email and password.


 

New Families

  1. Register (below) to access the casual booking calendar to book for the School Holiday Program (Instructions here).
  2. Complete your child’s enrolment form and
  3. Email enrolments@wcs.org.au to ensure your access to the booking calendar is enabled.

Please note that direct debit details will be required to submit an enrollment form, as this is our only form of payment.

DO NOT REGISTER if you previously used any childcare service that Woden Community Service provides. Registering again will create a separate account and affect your bond, automatic payments, childcare benefits and childcare rebates.

School Holiday Program (Excursion Fee)

$102.60 per day

School Holiday Program (No Excursion Fee)

$92.60 per day

Late Booking Fees - booked within 7 day prior notice period

$5 per child, per day

Late Fees

$20 per every 15 minutes or part thereof, per child

 

Cancellation Policy 

  • Notice: Written or online cancellation is required 7 days in advance to avoid fees
  • Late Booking Fee: Applies if booked within 7 days
