As we prepare for the 2026 school year and the upcoming school holiday period, we’ve reviewed our fees to ensure we can continue delivering the high-quality programs families know and trust.
2026 Fee Update & School Holiday Booking Changes
As we prepare for the 2026 school year and the upcoming school holiday period, we’ve reviewed our fees to ensure we can continue delivering the high-quality programs families know and trust.
WCS Children’s Services operates as a not-for-profit, which means every dollar goes directly into supporting our educators, caring for children, and sustaining the programs we offer.
What’s Changing:
Fee adjustments are minimal and have been rounded to whole numbers to make account keeping simpler for families.
The highest increase across any service is 5.8%.
We’re also updating how we describe our School Holiday booking windows to make them easier to understand:
Early Access: bookings made more than 7 days in advance
Last Chance Booking: bookings made within 7 days of the session
These updates help us plan ahead, roster our educators accurately, and continue offering safe, engaging programs for your children.
