Fee changes ahead for Term 3
Service Update
To maintain the high quality of our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and Early Learning programs, we’ve made the careful decision to adjust our fees, effective from the start of Term 3, Tuesday 22 July 2025.
Supporting quality programs at WCS
At Woden Community Service (WCS), our Children’s Services team is dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children can thrive. We’re grateful to all the families who trust us with their children’s care and development.
Like many community organisations, we feel the ongoing impacts of rising costs. Over the past year, everyday operational expenses, such as food, utilities, and essential supplies, have increased significantly. Changes to award wages and staffing costs have also contributed, reflecting the importance of fair pay for the dedicated educators who support your children.

We understand that any increase in fees can be difficult for families. That’s why we’ve worked hard to keep these changes as minimal as possible. A full breakdown of the new fees is available below, with changes clearly marked for your reference.
