About Family Case Management
Family Case Management provides support to families who are experiencing challenges and need some additional assistance.
We aim to strengthen the family's skills and capacity so that they can continue to nurture and sustain their own well-being. They can support families in flexible ways, offering short and medium-term family case management to families living within the South Canberra, Woden, Weston and Molonglo regions.
All involvement is voluntary and requires the family’s active participation.

Make a referral
Before submitting a referral, please ensure the casework program is clearly explained to the young person and they understand the expectations and agree to the referral being made.
Referrals to the Youth Engagement Team for short-term casework support can be made by completing the YET Referral Form and returning it to yet@wcs.org.au
